Professor Veljko Milutinovic, The Treasurer of Academia Europaea, invites members to participate in a small brainstorming-style conference in Montenegro (http://vipsi.org/ipsi/conferences).

The mission of the conference is to synergize the expert researchers from the USA, EU, and EURASIA. It features keynote speeches, contributed talks, panels, and mission statements.

The event will be held around the new year period (December 29, 2019 to January 1, 2020).

The conference attendance is limited to 24 experts from USA and Europe and the attendance fee of €100 is voluntary (VIPSI conferences are based on enthusiasm of volunteers).
